While the Faithful Will Reign, the Compromising Will Perish in Shame

As I was praying and seeking the Lord’s face a scripture kept on magnifying itself in my mind. The faithful of the Lord will go on to be noticed by Him for true promotion in Him.
While the festive celebration of The Purim is approaching all the Jews in the world are reminded of God’s faithfulness towards them in His everlasting covenant of promise to them. Having said all this one man came to me who’s undivided devotion to his God brought redemption to the whole nation of the Jews and this man was no one else but Mordecai the Jew.
In this amazing story of redemptive grace I am totally fascinated by this one man named Mordecai
In the chapter 3 of the book of Esther verses 1 and 2 we read that while all were bowing dawn to the King’s newly promoted man Haman the Agagite,
Mordecai the Jew would not compromise his devotion by refusing to bow dawn to just mere men and by this heroic act of undivided dedication of devotion to his own God he was setting himself up for a true promotion from God. I have spoken about this awesome vessel of God’s glory in the past, yet I am some how reminded again today, that the good done by men, never escapes the eyes of our sovereign Lord in rewarding His own righteous. Mordecai’s refusal to bow down to Haman though stirred up the crisis for him and his people, yet it was the very occasion for God to show His majesty on behalf of His own.
Refusal to compromise will steer up the hearts of the enemies of the Lord, yet in it all God’s glory would shine through.
Kneeling dawn or bowing dawn is the sign to surrender which brings man’s heart to the posture of worship, yet when it is done in compromise it exposes the heart of man to reveal the deeper things in his soul. Mordecai by his refusal of the compromised position of Haman brought agitation to the heart of an evil servant of the king.
Today the world around us is demanding us to kneel dawn to it’s demands and unfortunately we the redeemed somehow still go back in bowing down before it’s evil requirements of us. I see Christians daily after receiving their spiritual eyesight’s, are bowing dawn to the world demands of them and through this compromise they are exposing their own hearts of divided devotion.
Many after years of our preaching are still missing gathering of themselves together in bowing dawn before their unredeemed family members, thinking by bowing dawn to Satan they will please him to let them go from his hand. Not knowing they are the one soon being bound in their plagues of compromises of the truth.
Yet the Uncompromising righteous just like the three young men in the book of Daniel who refused to bow dawn before the king’s image, soon they would found themselves bound in the fire, yet the fourth man soon will be with them in the fire of their devotion.
Some of you say why am I not blessed as I know I could be according to the promises of God? but I believe the Lord says because you are serving to masters. The Lord Jesus’s own mother and brothers came to seek Him in the midst of the crowds, and when He was told you mother and brothers are looking for you, He replied. My mother and My brothers are those who do the will of My God. You see I do not know whom am I speaking today, maybe just one person, which is enough to steer my heart to bring this word to you, so then let us stop compromising with the enemy in being likeminded with Him and then wait and see God’s faithfulness on our behalf. Oh yes He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
The men of God like Elijah who refused to linger between two opinions received God’s answer through fire. The uncompromised stood with the Lord who gave them eternal favor with Himself. Yes it is true that when you stand for the truth men will become your enemies and the fires of trials would burn higher, but through them all there is one who would stand next to you who is closer than a brother or a friend, He will appear there to you. Mordecai’s refusal to bow and pay homage to Haman brought a danger for future disaster on him and unto the Jews, yet this was the only source of light in the wicked heart of the enemy disguised as friend to the king also. The Jews all over the world are soon to be reminded of this amazing story again next month, yet still another plot is being worked out in disguise undercover as we speak. The enemy has already defeating many through continual intrigue within the church and globally and his plan is through small compromises here and there.
Many in the Church have their hopes set on a departure like Elijah’s called the rapture of the Church, yet they neglect to watch the life of the one who was promoted by God to such honor and privileged transformation.
You see the Lord received men like Elijah and Enoch, since they walked with Him in an uncompromised devotion, and men like Mordecai were elevated to higher place when they were least expecting them.
Before the rapture of the Church takes place men’s devotions will be challenged as it says in John’s revelation of chapter 3:10, and the reward is for the uncompromisingly righteous, not just anyone calling themselves a believer.
In the world things are getting from bad to worst and this Babylon is going to soon be destroyed for ever, but where would you and I be found, when the Lord comes back.
The unbelieving will perish, should we too?
God forbid. We are His possession aren’t we?
Who’s lips are we kissing and before who are we paying homage? You see the world is soon turning to later days events spoken by the prophet’s of old like prophet Ezekiel. I f you do not believe me just read the world news more carefully today. Here is the question if you and I are now ignorantly bowing dawn before the things of the earth where would we be found then? The righteous men of old refused to bow dawn in compromise, even before the nobles, and here you and I are still trapped in pleasing the men and women in our own families.
We leave obeying God’s word to please our relatives and friends time after time and blame other Christina’s wrong for our own rational disobediences. We are trapped as Paul says by our own affections.
In 2nd Corinthians6 verses 11 to 18 there is a plea not to the unbelieving, but to you and me.
Paul says it was not him or the law or the Church that restricted them in obeying God, but it was their own affections.
The Lord says come be separated unto My Holiness, come out of them and be separate, do not touch what is unclean, then I will receive you.
I am cautioning us all for turning to God, and leaving the ways of this world. The Bible says no unclean person will inherit the Kingdom of God. Today if you cannot say no to a friend or loved one that knocks at your door on Church days, tomorrow you would not say no to those who would come to challenge your trust in the God you profess to believe.
Nobel Men like Mordecai and gentile women like Ruth will go to enter in to reign with Him and His own sons will miss the Kingdom.
There still remains today an invitation to carry on with Him for those who would persevere with Him and He will bestow a kingdom unto the faithful elect.
The 20th chapter of Revelations says that
They who had not worshiped the beast and his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. And these lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest did not live again until the thousand years were finished . This is the first resurrection. Blessed and Holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
Rev. 20: 4-6
Here is the mystery…Who are these? Are all Christians in this group? Is the Kingdom trusted to just mere redeemed by grace? Or the faithful redeemed are another category of saved?
I personally do not want to risk my future by mere pretence, would you?
With all my sins and human failures I still hear Him say “ Seek a better resurrection”.
Having acknowledged all my sins I do not want to be cast out of the kingdom like the parable of the Lord that the head of the wedding banquet observed the man who had no wedding garments on.
Therefore Just like Mordecai I too want to stand and make my commitment to excellence be known to Him. I want Him to give me grace to escape from the snares of compromise before men and my own affections. I want to diligently seek him and His Kingdom until I am heard. Not for mere promotion, but for a true conscious and an uncompromising love for the truth, though my old nature fights to reject it’s love.
I do not want to be given over to the antichrist’s spirit due to the lack of my love for His truth. May God help us.
Paul says before the person of the Antichrist reveals Himself the love of many will grow cold and the love of the truth would not be in them instead a lie will cover their hearts from God.
May we escape this final snare.
