The forsaken Link

One of the greatest tragedies of our last days is the forsaken link between the Church and her true Savior, which  is our complete oneness with Him through His finished work of the cross.

A fierce enemy called the apostate church or the great harlot has been replaced by the principal of the true bride.

This foreign concept creeping in has introduced herself as the Church, yet in the close examination it is not the bride in any way, form or shape. It is just a counterfeit full of confusion called the Babylon or the great harlot.

The true meaning of our faith is a complete reliance on Christ our Bridegroom in all aspects of our wilderness walk, including sustenance and strength.

Any performance in the strength of the flesh was to make the work of the cross none existent and by this the only true link between God and man was  forsaken.

Apostle Paul coming out of the Jewish traditions of men and the burdensome yoke of the Law warned the Church of the Galatians’ from the dangers of reliance on the works of the law. This was a very dangerous wrestling match between thetrue faith and the fabricated lie called falsely

“the truth”.

You see by Jesus’s death on the cross the enmity between God and man was reconciled through His finished work on the cross.

Yet the enemy being a thief is fighting mankind in all generation from all aspects to hide this truth.

The fallacy that is approaching us is a complete counterfeit to confuse, if possible even the very elect.

The Book of Revelations is warning it’s readers to flee from the Babylon the harlot in order to escape her judgment and it’s plagues. This brings us to a different point of understanding of our call to escape. Now what was the essence of the Babylon after the flood?

Well Genesis the 11^th chapter speaks of the gathering of all people on earth in a land named Shinar and their quest in baking bricks and building a tower so it would reach heaven.

In their joint effort they said “ Come let us build ourselves a city and a tower whose tops is the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves lest we be scattered abroad. Yet the Lord said “ Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and if this is what they begin to do, now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.”

“ Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”

Therefore the Lord scattered them abroad from over the face of the earth and they ceased to build that city.

Therefore the name is called Babel because there the Lord confused the languages of all the earth.

You see the story of the first efforts of men to reach heavens is a story of a faulty union of men in their carnal union of the works of the flesh and the result was a great confusion brought upon them by God Himself. It is unbelievable that the Lord says let Us go down and “THERE” confuse their languages.

This to me means it was a joint effort to build a standard for men’s strength to be glorified and not God’s glory was intended. From outside it seemed a union under one language and one cause, yet the glory of the flesh was the propose behind it all. So the Lord caused confusion and this confusion was called Babel.

In this Old Testament illustration we can clearly see that men could join in any purpose intended, even a seemingly good cause, yet the intents of the heart is to glorify the strength of men. They used bricks  instead of stone & asphalt in instead of mortar. Which represents they exchanged the natural elements with their own  man made remedies.

Having said all this I want to come back to our main topic of “The Forsaken Link” which is Christ and His grace through faith alone for entrance into the rest prepared for us now and in heaven.

You see the idea of the Babylon the Great Harlot is also very similar to the original Biblical Babel of the genesis 11, since the mystery is behind it’s spiritual significance and not the physical.

I am beginning to believe the Great Harlot mentioned in the book of Revelation of John is the powerless, prayer less, work based or effort oriented rich church of the last days. This itself I believe is also  the great apostasy of the last days which Apostle Paul was speaking about. A church that is self sufficient, self relied on human doctrines of men and rich and famous for it’s name, yet it lacks the truth of her proclamation. It is a faulty representation of the original truth.

This Church being the mother of all harlots is in harlotry with corporate idolatry and is full of adulterous fornications in respect to The Eternal Bridegroom of the true Church.

It has a form of Godliness, yet has denied it’s power and by this very fact has apostated from the original intended truth of her existance. It is a very sacramental Church, full of traditions and ordinances of men based on ritualistic works of the flesh.

This is very much like the idolatrous Israel of Elijah’s days and it’s members are like Jezebels false priests with a false altar with indulgences of the flesh calling on God to perform all day long.

But as it was within Israel God had a remnant of faithful who’s knees had not been bowed before Baal and their provision was coming  from the Lord, so I trust God has His true bride at this season.

Elijah was a type of the remnant Church.

I consider Elijah a man that pictures the true bride in the midst of an idolatrous community. A remnant believing minority being persecuted by the enemy and the false Church.

A Church or a bride who’s sustenance and reliance is not her ability to perform, in making  fleshly efforts to please her Bridegroom, instead is preparing herself in faith for the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit to present her blameless to her future Husband.

This group are not keeping themselves for the luxuries of this world and are committed to live for Christ in admittance of their weaknesses and through it all they rely on “ The Forsaken Link” which is Christ to strengthen them.

They have no claims of their own strength or righteousness to qualify for heavens invitation But only through grace by faith.

They also have no earthly or political addenda’s  to follow.. Since the Babylon the great harlot had fornicated herself with the kings of this earth. As Jesus spoke to Herod so they would too.

The true bride of Christ are people from all walks of life who deny a lukewarm attitude towards the gospel of Christ. The gospel being the power of the risen Lord through faith to improve the fallen image of man. They have no confidence on the flesh to improve it’s state of depravity. They are not living for God only from Sunday to Sunday they are in betrothal to Him by faith through His death.

They have a passion for Christ that is not diluted through religion or traditions of men. They hear His  voice for obedience through faith on His word, and their delight is the law of their Lord. Therefore the power of the cross performs it in their lives as they avail themselves.

Their Church attendance is not based on performance, yet is a pursuit of love for their soon to be married Bridegroom.

In all this these faithful remnant seek their lover wherever He goes.

I trust that these genuine worshipers of God are not afraid to loose all to gain Christ. Just like queen Esther who found out her divine purpose and in diligent pursuit gave her all to accomplish it’s goal, I believe these small and persecuted bride is going to push the doors of the Heavenly Kingdom by their passionate love for the king in quiet submission through faith for “ The Forsaken Link” which is Christ and their willingness to suffer for Him in order to gain the privilege of reigning along side of Him eternally.

As Queen Vashti’s pride disqualified her from being the queen and gave way to Esther’s access to the throne,  I believe the remnant Church would too access that eternal privilege of being a bride unto Him forever in submission of faith in His final work on the cross that proclaimed

“ It is Finished”.

This is the mystery of the forsaken link.
