Story of the uncompromising Righteous

Daniel, Shadrack, Meshach and Abednego were men who’s lives fully marked by this grace called the uncompromised righteousness. Men who said we trust in our God who would protect us out of the lions mouth by us staying faithful to Him and Him alone. Men for whom God shut the lion’s mouths to honor them for their uncompromising Faith in Him.

Story of Queen Esther is another perfect demonstration of an uncompromised worship of one man named Mordeccai the Jew. A man who refused to bow down to any one, but the True and Only God of heaven and the earth.

These are true events inscribed in the word of God to help us understand the sovereignty and greatness of God demonstrated in the lives of His remnant uncompromising elect.

In them all the Lord saw their true heart of giving homage to Him alone, therefore God their God was not ashamed in calling them His own.

These remained faithful to their God in all their trials and never bowed dawn to any but Him alone.

In the Old customs of the people of the ancient times bowing dawn to any one or anything meant to bring honor and homage to such, and by this it also meant to call such men or things their lord. Bowing dawn one’s physical body represented giving not only honor to such, but to even worship them. Today we see many still bowing dawn to their idols in different religions and bring glory to such false gods and we refuse to accept it as a way of giving homage to anything in our faith.

However we neglect to understand the depth of this physical act of bowing dawn in a spiritual sense. Bowing down physically speaks of the position of man’s heart toward such matters. In reality many times we do not need to physically do that to be actually doing it.

This act of lowering one’s self to anything means to go dawn in exalting that thing or that person in our lives. Men of God like Mordeccai the Jew or Daniel and his three faithful partners were examples of men who would not give honor to whom the honor was not due. Today we think if we physically do not bow dawn to any physical idol then we are not spiritually honoring some thing or someone in our lives. Oh what a misunderstood fallacy.

Today millions of us have left our first devotion to our only God and the Lord Jesus Christ by bowing dawn before idols of gold and silver and for this the wrath of God is revealed towards all ungodliness. You might say no pastor how could that be possible?

I would tell you very easy and very gradual in many sorts of compromises. Compromise could be in any form and shape. In the past were very obvious. In some countries today it is still the same, but here in the United states

It is done very unnoticed. One of the many ways we have bowed dawn before idols of the age is to call our selves very busy. This life on the other side of heaven has so many things to offer us that we neglect to see their spiritual significance to the ruin of our spirituality. We in the American Church have adopted this idolatry of calling ourselves busy and in action by living this life we have bowed dawn to its spiritual stronghold and that in complete ignorance.

We ourselves have over complicated our lives by many unnecessary things, then like fools Satan has us in bondage to them in our complete ignorance. We are busy for God and His Church, but available to all else.

Some call themselves free worshippers of Jesus, when in actuality looking at their lives on daily basis have no time at all for Him. We are asking them why did you despise the Lord whom you call your Lord by neglecting His word in regards to assembling of themselves together as the day approaching? In response they cover their idolatry by “well I am busy with work, school, marriage duties, razing my children, doing my house work or even entertaining friends and unsaved relatives on the Lord’s day Now you tell me have we not become more idolatrous than the unbelieving who are so dedicated in honoring their idols? We trust more in the deliquesces of this Babylonian life style than God. Some of us have become so compromising in our true worship of God that have this excuses made up for us. I am very busy studying for my future that I have hardly time to come to our Church meetings. When confronted by the others they scream if I do not go and learn or study will you come and pay my rent? As though God can not work in their lives they way He wants to bless them. These profess godliness, yet have denied the power of it. What about the future where no job or no schooling will help? Will our God still help us?

When confronted by the truth we have such a hostile respond that many times the Truth almost seems as a lie. Yes even to us.

Do not be surprised if The Lord turns His back towards many of His children in this last hour, because in professing to be wise we have become fools. We see others as idolaters who bow dawn before foreign idols in ignorance, yet we are in a deeper danger than they. Look out Romans chapter one where Paul the Apostle of Christ Jesus in plainly speaking of God’s decrees upon an idolatrous Church.

Paul says knowing the truth they suppress it for a lie and God Himself gives them to many vile things. The word says God gave them over to debased mind, they were filled with unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil mindedness; they are whispers, backbiters, inventors of evil, violent proud, boasters

Disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them.

Who are these Church? Are these the unbelieving ?

No it is us….

Please let us wake up brothers and sisters.

You might say how do I approve of such things. I never gave my approvals to the evil deeds of this generation.

Are you ready for the truth Church?

By us even watching the worldly filthy soaps on TV we are approving that we agree to their debased minds who produce such filth.

You want to hear more? Those watching us following those things they see us giving approval to these depraved minded peoples invasion of evil to keep you and me in our

Unnoticed rebellion towards our God. Why God was so much harsher in punishing the Jewish people than other nations? Have you thought about this? Because to them were given the oracles of the Law and godliness.

Some of you looking at this picture of our current president might be thinking oh what an idolatrous man governing our nation. But have you checked with the Lord about our own hidden collections of our own idols in our hearts lately?

Some might look from outside bowing dawn to physical idols, but many are captive doing worst inwardly.

About this man who is our country’s leader only the Lord knows where he truly stands in his heart. If he is a true born again Christian or not, but we are in a greater danger than just a man that would one day leave office to give his place to another mortal man.

Staying uncompromised in our devotion to God is a very serious subject Church.

If Jesus came dawn from His heavenly throne to save you and me, are we willing to bow dawn to Him to serve Him with our lives?

If there is no danger to those who have once been saved and tasted the goodness of God and the gifts of the age to come, then tell me why Apostle Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians saints in chapter 4 is telling them the following truth….

“About the second coming of the Lord Jesus you must not be anxious since you yourselves know that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say. Peace and safety the sudden destruction comes upon them as labor pains upon a pregnant woman.

But you brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.

Therefore let us not sleep at night  and those who get drunk are drunk at night.

But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith

And love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.

For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

( 1 Thessalonians 4:2-9 )

See if God is warning through Paul the first century Church how much more we need to heed these words now in the end of this age.

Look out for the rewards of the uncompromisingly righteous like Mordeccai , when the Lord over night took the sleep out of the eyes of the king to reward His own uncompromisingly righteous or Daniel and his three friends. Do not you think Jesus would not do the same for you and me. First here on earth and then in the age to come to bestow a kingdom upon those who remain faithful to Him in truth.

I know Him to be faithful. How about you?

May the Lord Jesus protect us all from bowing dawn in compromise to any principal in this fallen world or any human or humanistic ideology.

May he keep us by awakening us every time our passions draws us away. May our total soul, spirit and body be kept blameless until the Day of the Lord.

May the Lord send us grace and uncommon favor for His Son’s name sake to help us turn from our own ways to His before it is too late.
