A miracle is in progress – We must silence the voices

11

In the gospel according to Mark chapter 5 we read a wonderful parallel story of God’s miracle working power back to back. In verses 21 to 43 of these beautiful acts of God’s grace we see two powerful demonstrations of God’s divine healing performed on behalf of two women. An older woman with a 12 year bleeding problem and another one a young 12 year old daughter of a synagogue ruler. Both performed in the miraculous power of the healing that brought amazement to all. This was the power of the hand of God stretched to heal those who’s only hope has become the Lord Jesus. Both divine, and both in the power of faith. Faith being the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of ...Read More...

The Glory of the Covenant received on Sinai

111

One of the greatest miracles of God on behalf of the fallen men was the revelation of the standard of His righteousness in giving them His Torah and the ten commandments. This served as a real compassion towards the lost men. In giving His law the Lord proved His incomprehensible love to us. The scripture says the law was holy and through this The law showed God’s excellence in glory. However we see when the Lord inscribed Moses about building an Ark He prescribed to him to place the two covering cherubim’s on each end of the Ark, and this represented His protection and covering of His holy commandments by the angelic hosts. The exact pattern through which the heavens retains ...Read More...

Cast Down But Unconquered

The most amazing truth about God’s overcoming power in the trials of His own righteous is inscribed in 2 Corinthians the 4th chapter. After Apostle Paul gives a clear description of the Christian liberty through the presence of the Spirit in their midst, he also speaks about the suffering of the righteous in this life and how in all that God the Father through His Son Jesus the Christ gives His own power to triumph over them all. In all of His preaching he is boasting in Christ and the greatness of His glory in the midst of all his suffering for his name sake. Paul emphasizes the importance of Knowing Him in all the trials that comes on his path. In today’s world we the 21st ...Read More...

the immaculate Rendezvous

Immaculate Rendezvous could describe the story of God’s predestined grace on behalf of His elect. This unfathomable mercy of heaven manifested this side of God’s glorious throne through His angel is an awe inspiring encouragement for all the remnant, speaking of the magnificence and greatness of His grace. This awesome act of God’s grace is told to us in Acts chapter 8 beginning from verse 26. Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “ Arise and go towards the south along the road which goes dawn from Jerusalem to Gaza, this is desert. Philip after finishing his ministry in Samaria and Jerusalem now is lead by an angel of the Lord to a desert location in furthering ...Read More...

He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench, till He leads justice to victory ( Matt.12:20 )

One of the most incredible, yet misunderstood attributes of the Lord is His unfathomable love for the lost. We have a very marred understanding of God’s divine love found in His Son Who came to us in a form of a servant. Isaiah 42 verses 1 to 4 speaks of the same character of our Lord where Matthew speaks it to the Pharisees of his day. Why does this scripture in Isaiah’s prophecy have to be fulfilled in Matthew ‘s account of the gospel? These are questions that we will try to examine this evening. Behold My Servant whom I uphold Isaiah says… “ My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him. He will bring forth justice to the gentiles……. Isaiah ...Read More...
